Our valuation models are built on comparable transactions and listings in an area, not on intuition. Every owner gets a reasoned price range, free, in a few minutes.

Founded in Geneva
Joan Rodriguez, Jonas Wiesel and Olivier Plan found RealAdvisor in Switzerland and launch that country's first free online property valuation.
2020-2022
Across Europe
France, then Spain and Italy: the valuation model is rebuilt on each market's own transaction and listing data, because a price estimate is only as good as the local data behind it.
2025
RealAdvisor arrives in Poland
Free online valuation opens to Polish owners. More than 10,000 valuations have been run in the first year, and the market is being built out with the same approach as the others.
RealAdvisor was founded in 2017 and is still run by its founders.
